[Task]Add fast search overlay #26
Description
Describe why the task has to be done
There shall be an option to initialize fast search overlay using other than mysql.
- if the over lay is not defined it is set to use mysql for string (for example name or any detail) search
- it shall support Elastic Search as an example non-mysql overlay
Description of change
- add search interface
- add function interfaces to be implemented
- add mysql search funtions
