Adds three tasteful, voice-matched call-to-action blocks pointing to artisan.build/start (top line, "Prefer not to operate it?" section after the Cloud deploy docs, and a footer note), with ?ref= attribution params.

Adds the GitHub → funnel bridge to the Matte README so readers who'd rather not operate their own instance have a path to the managed offer.
What changed (three additive blocks, no other edits):
?ref=gh-matte-top.?ref=gh-matte-deploy.?ref=gh-matte-footer.Copy is voice-matched to the existing README (dry, honest, non-salesy). The
?ref=params let/startattribute leads to the exact repo and section. Please sanity-check the diff shows only the three added blocks — committed via API from a captured copy, so confirm no incidental changes slipped in before merging.
Note: the
/startref-param handling should ship before/with this so the links route correctly.
