Adds the GitHub → funnel bridge to the Hone README so readers who'd rather not operate their own instance have a path to the managed offer.

What changed (three additive blocks, no other edits):

  1. Top-of-README line under the tagline — one-sentence "fork it, or we'll run it" with ?ref=gh-hone-top.
  2. "Prefer not to operate it?" section immediately after Deploying on Laravel Cloud — the highest-intent spot, right after the reader has absorbed the full per-client ops commitment. Links with ?ref=gh-hone-deploy.
  3. "Managed by Artisan Build" footer just above the License, mirroring the existing Support posture tone. Links with ?ref=gh-hone-footer.

Copy is voice-matched to the existing README (dry, honest, non-salesy) so it reinforces rather than undercuts the OSS credibility. The ?ref= params let /start attribute leads to the exact repo and section.

Please sanity-check the diff shows only the three added blocks — the file was committed via API from a captured copy, so confirm no incidental whitespace/text changes slipped in before merging.

Note: the /start ref-param handling should ship before/with this so the links route correctly (see the funnel bridge playbook).

Adds three tasteful, voice-matched call-to-action blocks pointing to
artisan.build/start (top line, "Prefer not to operate it?" section after
the deploy docs, and a footer note), with ?ref= attribution params.
