A little more data regarding this crash, since I've gotten some troubleshooting behind it.

First, the apparent direct cause of the segfault is from calling phantom.exit() within page.onResourceTimeout. I can work around that, except...

There's no reason we should be getting into the page.onResourceTimeout (the timeout is set to 30s). I inserted additional logging, using page.onResourceRequested and page.onResourceReceived, and, as far as I can tell, PhantomJS is just sitting around doing nothing:

The total time between Request #11 and Response #11 is roughly 10 seconds (Apache reports roughly 300ms for the Graphic.php script to execute and return), but even after both Responses come in, Phantom seems to be sitting around for 20s (until the timeout). Some casual strace'ing of the process reveals a lot of memory mapping, but not much else. If I bump the timeout to about 45 seconds,

Please upgrade to PhantomJS 2. 1.9.x is no longer supported, and known to have many crasher bugs that are fixed in 2 version.
