@sarabala1979

I had been successfully using the Argo Quickstart manifest and am now trying to install the secure manifest, but am getting
this error when trying to run "argo submit..." (The workflows have worked with the QuickStart manifest.) According to posts by @inc0 this may suggest that I have a resource issue, however, I cannot find the source of the issue. I am testing with the Hello World example workflow. What is Argo looking for as an indicator that there is a workflow? Is there a test I can run to find the source of the error?

Thank you!
