docs: Add docs for Amazon Managed Prometheus

Hi @lewinkedrs
I've checked the URL in the docs - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/prometheus/latest/userguide/AMP-onboard-ingest-metrics-new-Prometheus.html#AMP-onboard-new-Prometheus-IRSA - it doesn't look correct to me, it's about ingesting metrics to AMP but we need to query metrics instead
