Describe the bug
Replicasets ordering is not stable on app tree view

To Reproduce

1. Create an application which includes deployment and sync it.
2. Navigate to app details page
3. Update deployment several times to get multiple replicasets
4. See that replicasets order sometimes changes

Expected behavior
The replicasets order should not change
