Failure to build with MOOSE latest and earlier MOOSE versions.

Hey everyone I have attempted to build and work with Moltres for a while now, and before I was able to get it work. But now coming back to it to make a new build I have run into some unfortunate errors that I have not been able to fix. No matter the version, dependencies, environment, or anything, Moltres will not build due to a libMesh issue. Here is what I am dealing with (see pictures)
For reference, I am doing this on Docker, following the exact instructions from the official MOOSE website for setting up the environment, and the directions for installing Moltres.

I posted this same issue in the MOOSE discussion forum and I have had many responses, but all were confused and unable to help me. I dont want this to boil down to the code having incompatibility.

If there is any fix or possible solution for this please let me know, if not, let me know a version where Moltres was working.

Hello, I'm pretty sure this issue has to do with the combination of Docker use and trying to get Moltres to use the Docker moose installation. Our repo has a bot that updates the MOOSE submodule every two weeks and CI testing to check whether Moltres builds with it. I have limited experience with Docker so I can't help much on that front.

My thoughts on this are:

1. I don't know where the MOOSE directory should be in the moose docker image. Ideally you can set $MOOSE_DIR and compile Moltres.
2. If you're trying to compile MOOSE without conda, you need to follow the instructions in https://mooseframework.inl.gov/getting_started/installation/manual_installation_gcc.html because you'll be missing many dependencies that come with the conda env. Then I think you need to set $MOOSE_DIR and maybe some other environment variables if the MOOSE you built is not the moose submodule in Moltres.
3. If you want a specific version of MOOSE, you can go into the moose submodule in Moltres and git checkout to the specific commit. No guarantees on compatibility unless you backdate Moltres to match MOOSE.
4. I currently use Moltres and MOOSE on Windows 11 using WSL (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install). You could consider this
5. I recommend being very careful with your bash commands and documenting every command you run (this helps when asking someone for assistance). Sometimes you need to nuke your repo and restart from scratch because some files linger on from previous installations

Thank you so much! My friend got it to work with his Conda Environment and stuff. I will definitely look into WSL with my computer, I did not think it would be compatible but thank you so much! I really look fowards to working with Moltres it seems fun
