Bump `espflash`

This error comes from espflash's RPPAL Rust library dependency. The version 0.14.1 of RPPAL used by espflash 2.0.0 - 2.1.0 does not have support for modern Raspberry Pi boards such as the RPi 5, which causes the firmware update to fail when uno-r4-wifi-fwuploader-plugin is used on a RPi 5:

(the UnknownModel error is coming from RPPAL, and refers to the Raspberry Pi model)

The RPPAL dependency was removed from espflash in version 3.0.0 (esp-rs/espflash@0a5d5e6).

I was able to update the firmware on my UNO R4 WiFi board from an RPi 5 using espflash 3.3.0. The only breaking change compared to 2.0.0 that I encountered is that the espflash bin-write command's flag for configuring baud rate has been changed from -b to -B: esp-rs/espflash@2f3d110, so this code would need to be updated accordingly:
