Docker configuration to run the project local machine

Sometimes it is really hard to set up all the required dependencies in local machine to run the project on local machine
This is generally happens for the first time or if I changed my machine that time this problem will not occur if docker is configured properly.
It would be more better if we configure the docker then we can run this project on docker virtual machine without take care any type of dependencies. Docker will take care the low level dependencies like node electron theia etc.
