Describe the problem
CTRL+/ is used on PC to enable/disable block comments for a selection of lines.
I discovered that the forward slash key on the numberpad isn't recognised for this shortcut.
(I asked Google if there was a block comment shortcut and it said CTRL+/. I tried this, using my number pad, and at first I thought Gemini's guidance was wrong until I tested with the other forward slash key.)

Additional context
Unfortuantely no time to check the nightly build and there are no open or closed tickets relating to this.
(This bug may also affect other numberpad keys used for shortcuts such as * + - . )
