Hi !

Was always having with a UNO like board (DFRobot Romeo BLE mini 2.0):

Error stk500_recv() stk500.c 79: programmer is not responding
Warning stk500_getsync() stk500.c 127: attempt 6 of 10: not in sync: resp=0x00

Had to rollback to 1.8.6 and every thing is fine again...
