How to install the driver in Windows 8 or higher

I installed the Arduino software 1.5.5 for windows , but I noticed that I was not allowed to configure the drivers from device manager. So I have given the task of finding the error and note that my version of windows did not allow me to install driver not possessing the digital certificate to resolve this situation should do the following :

1. Go to settings ( sidebar that has a gear )
   Two . Select change settings pc .
   Three . Select from the left menu option GENERAL USE .
   April . In the menu on the right to go to the end and select REBOOT NOW
   May . Select the menu option appears SOLUTION OF PROBLEMS
2. Now we press on ADVANCED OPTIONS
   7.Seguimos with HOME SETUP
   Installing drivers without digital certificate 8.Del menu option 7 is selected it says .
3. The computer restarts , followed re- enter device manager and install the driver again. That's how I did work, any questions not hesitate to ask

Como instalar los driver en Windows 8 o superior

He instalado el software de Arduino 1.5.5 para windows, pero he observado que no se me permitia configurar los drivers desde administrador de dispositivos. Por lo que me he dado a la tarea de buscar el error y observe que mí version de windows no me permitia instalar driver que no posean el certificado digital, para solucionar está situación se debe de hacer lo siguiente:

1. Ir a configuración (barra lateral que tiene un engranaje)
2. Seleccionar cambiar configuración de pc.
3. Seleccionar del menú de la izquierda la opción USO GENERAL.
4. En el menú de la derecha ir hasta el final y seleccionar REINICIAR AHORA
5. Seleccionar del menú que aparece la opción SOLUCION DE PROBLEMAS
6. Ahora presionamos en OPCIONES AVANZADAS
   7.Seguimos con CONFIGURACION DE INICIO
   8.Del menú que aparece se selecciona la opción 7 que dice: Instalación de drivers sin certificado digital.
7. Se reinicia la computadora, seguido se vuelve a ingresar a administrador de dispositivos e instalamos el driver nuevamente. Asi fue como lo hice funcionar, cualquier duda no dudes en preguntar

Does anyone have a refined version of this work around that we can actually follow?

Sorry about the harsh comment... I was getting very frustrated after trying everything. However I finally got the drivers installed, using these instructions (which I believe are very similar to yours).
