Add signup flow

So I ended up forking this repo, and based on it, expanded it copy-pasting from the arc.codes data guide to store 'notes'. It also includes signup flow and leverages bcrypt for account creation and login (as per our last margarita-fuelled conversation on the topic @brianleroux).

If there's any interest in this, I'm happy to transfer it over to arc-repos (similar to the login-flow repo, it could be the companion repo to the arc.codes data guide). Would also love some eyes on it to make sure I'm not doing anything stupid!

@filmaj I've forked your repo at https://github.com/mikemaccana/arc-example-login-data, adding some missing dependencies and docs, and it's working. I'm going to update the routes to arc 4 await routes (that return a response) and middleware.

@filmaj Actually change of heart, it might be better to expand arc-example-login-flow to add bcrypt, data storage, etc. Doing that now.

I've updated arc-example-login-flow to make https://github.com/mikemaccana/arc-example-notes

It's got the same routes/features as the current notes example in the docs, but:

• It uses the new route, session, and middleware APIs.
• Has bcrypt
• Has sign ups and log ins
• Has smaller.more readable HTML, due to using CSS grid instead of bootstrap.
• Keeps non-routes and templates free of requests and responses (so a little cleaner)

@filmaj I did try and update arc-example-auth to the current APIs but reworking an older repo was more difficult than simply adding it to the existing Arc 4 login-flow app.

@brianleroux if it's cool with you, can you put https://github.com/mikemaccana/arc-example-notes under https://github.com/arc-repos and I'll update the https://arc.codes/guides/data (which is quite out of date) to use that?

Looks good! I've been chipping away on my own arc-example-auth version and added a few things like error handling - not sure if you'd find that useful or not in your own fork.

Let me know which repo arc ends up moving forward with, it'd be nice to collaborate on these kinds of examples instead of keeping our slightly-different forks around 😉

OK the new Notes repo is now on https://github.com/arc-repos/arc-example-notes and the docs updated to use it once architect/arc.codes#70 is merged.
