- Add GetFirstOrDefaultAsync() + 1 overload
- Fixed Minor spelling, grammar, and consistency issues ("This method default no-tracking query." => "This method defaults to a read-only, no-tracking query.")
- removed commented out code.
- unit tests for GetFirstOrDefaultAsync()
