Removing the `ENV` instruction and replacing it with a Dockerfile-wide `ARG` to supply the package name. This will result in the `package` variable only being available at build time instead of runtime. Signed-off-by: Janos Bonic <86970079+janosdebugs@users.noreply.github.com>
