Fix homepage hero wrapping and narrow layouts - #944

The hero's nine-character heading measure split codeArbiter mid-word, while the display type and minimum proof column squeezed the layout. Use a readable fluid scale, whole-word wrapping and flexible columns. CHANGELOG: Keep the homepage title and proof card within responsive layouts.

The homepage heading broke codeArbiter across lines because its measure was limited to 9ch and its display scale crowded the two-column hero. Give both columns room to shrink, widen the heading measure, and use a smaller fluid scale with whole-word wrapping.
The change is limited to five CSS adjustments and one browser regression. Product copy and package versions are unchanged.
