Using the same quad orientation math as antimatter15/splat. Quite a bit faster! Bicycle scene:

  • PC DX12, RTX 3080Ti: 12.6ms -> 8.1ms
  • Mac, M1 Max: 31.8ms -> 23.6ms

Very much like what antimatter15/splat does. There's a tiny rendering
difference I have to look at, but on Mac M1 this on bicycle scene
goes 31.4ms -> 19.6ms o_O
On DX12 3080Ti, bike/truck/garden 43.77/39.33/43.49 PSNR right now,
need to investigate
