Limit of 3 clusters with the Community Edition for production?

If the prepackaged binaries or official Docker images are used, then this is under the terms of the Community License.
It is unclear whether there is a limit to the number of clusters you can run in production under this license.

If this restriction doesn't exist, the debian copyright text needs to be modified, e.g.
