compact route - REST

I would like to invoke compact via arangojs collection. Compact does not working automatically on rocksdb engine.

There doesn't seem to be an HTTP API for invoking compaction manually. Normally compaction should happen automatically but you may wish to make sure doCompact is set in the collection properties.
