Hey @gabrfarina ,
I think a simple PR that only fixes the typos would be easier to accept. Editorial changes are ... trickier. May be on hold for longer.

No problem, I totally understand (also some changes were just personal preference)! I have updated the commit to only fix the typos. |

While browsing the documentation, I found three typos. As I was contributing fixing those, I also realized there were other opportunities for improvement (in my opinion). Please feel free to apply any subset you'd like.
At a minimum, I propose fixing the following:
