[Bug]: Navbar UI fix of privacynotice.html page

Describe the bug

On your website, I've noticed that the alignment of the Navbar section on the privacynotice.html page is not in the correct position, and I would like to fix this. Additionally, in the Navbar, there seems to be a missing theme toggle button which I would like to add to make some of the white text in the heading tags more visible.

Expected behavior

The alignment of the navbar needs to be fixed, and a theme toggle button should also be added to the navbar.

@biswajit-sarkar-007 Actually i want to inform u one thing , that the contribution period of kwoc will start from 5 th dec , so any contributions before that timeline will not count towards KWOC , so please try to start contributing after 5th DEC .

& regarding this issues which u have raised prior , don't worry about it , i will review & assign u this issues after the contribution period starts
