use addr:street_official and street_official to help filter the data #5

When the CRAB streetname is not conform to OSM name rules, we change the name (e.g. write full first name, write Dokter instead of Dr.). But then the tool can't filter them easily. This serves as an excuse to just use the CRAB name instead. We've been mapping these cases with addr:street_official and official_name to have both the OSM conform name and the official CRAB name in the database. There's only a few cases so far though. Could the tool use these names to help filtering?
