[BUG] Clicking on opensox logo should take the user to the top on hero page #331

Description
On the hero/home page, clicking the OpenSox logo does not take the user back
to the top of the hero section.
Most users expect the logo to act as a "scroll to top / home" action.
Steps to Reproduce
just go to hero page then go at the end of web page then click on the logo at Navbar
Expected Behavior
By clicking It should take the user scroll back to the top of hero page.
This improves navigation and user experience, especially on long pages
Actual Behavior
it does not scroll to the top of page.
