[FEATURE] add ci/cd for both frontend and backend

i think it would be awesome if we have a ci/cd pipeline to ensure all the changes that we make go through it. as we don't have any staging env as of now so having a good ci/cd would be awesome.

please feel free to discuss before working on it.
