What does this PR do?
This PuR performs a comprehensive migration from Newtonsoft.Json to System.Text.Json for the Appwrite .NET SDK, bringing several key improvements:
- Replaces Newtonsoft.Json dependency with System.Text.Json (version 9.0.5)
- Updates target framework from .NET Framework 4.6.1 to 4.6.2
- Bumps SDK version from 0.13.0 to 0.14.0
- Updates API response format from 1.7.0 to 1.7.4
