[Feature]: Custom tooltip on the table column

Summary

I want to define custom tooltip value for specified column

Why should this be worked on?

I have table with customer data where are two columns "CustomerCode" and "CustomerName", I want just to display "CustomerCode" column and show "CustomerName" in column tooltip - in my use case I will save space for other columns which will be visible without scrolling.

@tmdoit thanks for the feature request. Today the tooltip on the table widget is reserved for the overflowing content in every column, To change this behaviour we will need to align this requirement with all other open feature request. Allow us a while to prioritise this properly
