[Bug]: UI/UX issues on windows systems

Current Behavior

• Hover over the comment mode icon when app is in View mode and observe a scroll bar appear when the tooltip shows up

• Editing page name trims off the bottom bit. Seen on Page properties, entity explorer, widget naming from property pane #8065

• Scroll on widgets tray on entity explorer on Windows
  

• Toggle buttons are off to the side and not centered across application(on windows os)
  

• Change scroll bar on Windows OS on datasources page
  

• Text is truncated on query page
  

• There's a gap between the input box and icons and the border of the header
  

• Double lines are present on all datasources pages
  
  

• Text trimmed on search bar of entity pane
  

• Text looks hazey, not focused

Looks like an incorrect screenshot has been posted @akash-codemonk . This issue is to do with the query name during edit and the bottom bit of it is cut off on Windows system

Okay checked on windows seemed to look normal for me, not sure whether I am finding it hard to see the difference. The screenshot posted does look like there is an issue.

Checked on windows seems to be working fine now. It is not getting clipped.

Raising a separate issue for the remaining toggle icon issues. Rest are fixed and verified.
Texts with g, p are getting truncated on Windows systems again - Vidushi will be raising a separate ticket for the regressed behaviour
