[Bug] The browse file link is stuck when the user uploads exe file type

Description

Release/Production - It is observed that when the user changes the max file size limit more than 100 and uploading any exe the browse file is stuck and not clickable

Expected Result:
Browser file link should be clickable and uploading file more than limit should throw error for exe files

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Launch appmsith app in the release environment
2. Drag and drop file picker
3. Set max file size limit to 200
4. Click on te widget to select files
5. Choose any exe files - Size is higher than 200 and observe
6. Close the pop up and click on select files again and try clicking on browse file and observe
