[Task] Add the `deployment status` / `last_deployed_on` details to an Application object

Currently there is no way to determine whether an application has been deployed and when was the last time application got deployed. This data can be used in 
1. First time user experience checklist.
2. We could remind user that there are undeployed changes in the application.
