[Bug] The currency dropdown is not disabled when the currency input widget is enabled for disable

Description

Release frozen - Input widget - Currency type - It is observed that when the input currency type widget is disabled the currency dropdown is still accessible

Expected Result:
When the widget is disabled the currency dropdown should not be accessible

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Launch Appsmith app in the release frozen environment
2. Drag and drop input widget
3. change the type to currency
4. Disable the widget
5. Enable - allow currency change
6. Click on the dropdown option form the widget and observe
