[Bug]Tool tip message 'Takes an array of tab names to render tabs' needs to be changed with appropriate message

Description

Release Environment - Tab widget - It is observed that on mouse hovering on tabs in the Property pane 'Takes an array of tab names to render tabs' will be displayed. However, the binding array of tabs functionlaity is now changed by adding tabs directly. Hence, appropriate message needs to be changed

Expected Result:
Tool tip message of tab should read the message of latest functionality

Actual Result:
Tool tip message of tabs in the property pane read the old functionality message 'Takes an array of tab names to render tabs'

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Launch Appmsith app in the Release Environment
2. Drag and Drop tab widget
3. Click Edit on the tab widget
4. Mouse hover on the tabs and read the tool tip message
