[Bug]Chrome - Unable to close the property pane if the browser is minimized and maximized

Description

It is observed that dragging and dropping any widgets and moving the property pane to the top most area and by minimising and maximising the browser user is unable to close the property pane.

Expected Result:
Property pane should go out of focus upon minimizing and maximizing

Actual Result:
Moving property pane to the top most area and minimising and maximising the browser the property pane looses the focus to delete, copy or close.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Launch Appsmith in the Release Environment in Chrome Browser
2. Drag and Drop any widget
3. Click on Edit
4. Move to property pane to the top most area
5. Minimise the browser
6. Move the property pane to top most area
7. Maximise the browser and observe
