[Enhancement] Undo redo buttons UI

We need a way to allow users to undo and redo actions on the canvas.
These actions will only reflect on the users' current page.

@momcilo-appsmith here we think that the button in the top nav bar dropdown will not make sense, instead these should be visible directly.
