[Feature]: Add ability to change order of pinned cells in table component

Summary

Hi, I really like appsmith, I see a way how to improve a table component.

All the columns are draggbale, unless they are pinned. If you pin a column you can't drag it anymore, it's annoying if I want to change the order of pinned columns.

Why should this be worked on?

This makes working with tables more comfy and doesn't seem to take much time to implement
