[Bug]: "API suggestion dropdown blocks access to tabs like Body and Pagination"

Description

When typing in the API input field, a suggestion to add https://mock-api.appsmith.com appears and does not disappear even when the cursor is moved elsewhere on the screen. This obstructs the user from clicking on tabs like Body, Pagination, and others.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a Rest API.
2. Click inside the input field to enter data.

Expected: Upon entering data, user should be easily able to access rest of the tabs.
