Description

Scroll is broken in the default git branch modal when a large number of branches are present

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a git connected app
2. Create many test branches within it. Ideally more than 4.
3. Notice that the scroll is broken on trying to select the last branch in the list - in the default branch section
