Description

I am editing the permissions in a Role, and enabled it across multiple workspaces and Apps.
But when I click on Save, an internal error pops up.
On refresh it shows all the checkboxes that I had enabled/disabled correctly, but apparently it’s not reflected when for the user.

When I tried enabling these permissions again and clicked Save, and no Internal Server errors comes up, then I see it working correctly

The hunch is when internal server error occurs, all the changes are not being pushed to backend but the UI shows everything as enabled.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to Admin Settings -> Roles
  2. Go to Edit any Role
  3. Make some changes in the permissions of the role across workspaces and Apps
  4. Click on Save and see if Internal Server occurs (happens intermittently)
  5. Once you see the error, refresh the page to see that the changes are seen on UI
  6. Verify the changes as an end user, and you will notice some of them are not being applied

To solve for this, the user would have to go and make the changes and click Save again.
