[Task]: Expires_in field added in OAuth2 does not work for 1 second value

With new changes in PR #30866, we have introduced a new field for expires_in in Authenticated API OAuth2 datasource. When we enter value of 1 second in this field and authorise the datasource, all queries created for this datasource, start failing with error message of "Access token has expired"

Ideal solution would be set a minimum value for this field so we never run into such issues.

What would the minimum value be for this field, is 1 hour fine?

Hi @Asrk03, Thanks for checking out this issue, 1 hour is there for a couple of oauth2 providers, I will need to check what pattern most oauth2 providers follow and based on that we can decide what we want to keep it as minimum.

For now, in order to fix the 1 second issue, we can keep this minimum value to 300 seconds (5 mins), this works fine without any issues, we can keep this minimum value configurable, so if in future we want to change it we can do that.
