[Bug]: Widget labels are not wrapping - Auto height issue

Description

When we have a slightly long Label for any widgets that support a Label, the labels exceed the bounding box & do not wrap as expected.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to https://ce-28848.dp.appsmith.com/ (this is an Anvil DP. The URL can change in the future).
2. DnD a widget that supports a Label.
3. Add a multiline Label.

Expected: The label should wrap & not exceed the bounding box.
Actual: The Label does not wrap.
