[Feature]: Appsmith CLI util appsmithctl restore when source and destination db have different name

### Summary

Currently, appsmithctl restore only restores database where the original and the new db names are the same. In case they are different restore fails.the 

### Why should this be worked on?

Gives more flexibility to users when restoring Appsmith instance.
