[Bug]-[96]:Input with label on resize doesn't convert to text area until a threshold

Description

Input without label on resize immediately becomes a text area, but with label it becomes a text area after some height.

Maybe we should separate this in our widget as well, that it's a text area vs a single line text input

Steps To Reproduce

1. Drag an input widget
2. Add an icon
3. Resize without label
4. Observe that icon disappears
5. Add label now
6. Observe that icon is back
