We will need to change this again in the future to fully adopt all configuration that can be provided through the comment parameter, but for now this provides the capabilities we need.

This change includes ability to use custom intializer requested by BMW China. Also updated the Android dependency to use SDK 3.3.0 from maven. Pending update to iOS SDK.
