Apple M4 sharp render error

2025-12-24 11:45:46,627 | ERROR | Rendering a checkpoint requires CUDA.

Because Apple doesn't have CUDA GPU。

How can this be solved?

I have same problem.
Apple's open-source code doesn't even work on their own gadgets!

While the gaussians prediction works for all CPU, CUDA, and MPS, rendering videos via the --render option currently requires a CUDA GPU.

It's in the readme included with the repo: https://github.com/apple/ml-sharp?tab=readme-ov-file#rendering-trajectories-cuda-gpu-only - the rendering needs CUDA but the rest does work on a Mac.
