[Request]: Add support for --restart flag for run

As a container user, I can use the --restart option on a container run or container create command so that my containers automatically stay running as long as container runs.

+1 for this. I think this is more important than Docker-Compose (which I also always use) because there is no simple workaround for this. If containers aren't resistant to crashing then they simply can't be used.
