Did Selenium change versioning rules?

@mykola-mokhnach they try to follow Pi number sequence: 3.14159265359... I have no idea why

@SrinivasanTarget It looks like the issue with Travis is not random and needs fixing.

Yes @mykola-mokhnach I tried couple of options but still it didn't work. will look into it further today.
