`composeVersion` element/option in `toolsVersions` map can NOT be set when using `EspressoBuildConfig` (+ `EspressoOptions`)

Description

composeVersion was added to the toolsVersions map in v2.0.0 of the appium-espresso-driver appium/appium-espresso-driver#760
At the moment this option is not configurable via EspressoBuildConfig (+ EspressoOptions) to create the desired capabilities
when using the java-client and appium-espresso-driver.

Environment

• Appium server version or git revision if you use some snapshot: 2.0.0-beta.27
• appium-espresso-driver version: 2.2.1
• java-client version: 8.0.0
