This PR aims to keep up to date this branch without no compose dependencies.

I met a use case, compose dependencies affected badly for the app under test, while no compose dependencies had no issue without any additional dependencies.

In Appium 2.0 era, users can use a specific branch via appium --source=local /path/to/local/repo, so lets's keep this branch for now for the such no compose case.
NPM available case will keep the vanilla espresso npm package as same.

Some notes about troubles/troubleshooting to get local version of espresso driver

  1. Full command
sudo appium driver install --source=local <path-to-repo>/appium-espresso-driver --json

sudo because I got error on my Mac since it tried to access some directories

  1. The first error that I got

tsc -b\n\nsh: tsc: command not found

To solve I installed tsc:
npm install -g typescript

  1. The second error:
npm error tsconfig.json(3,14): error TS6053: File '@appium/tsconfig/tsconfig.json' not found.

I went to the <path-to-repo>/appium-espresso-driver and performed command:
sudo npm install @appium/tsconfig --save-dev

After that I got the config in <path-to-repo>/appium-espresso-driver/node_modules/@appium/tsconfig/tsconfig.json

And at the moment of writing the comment driver version at the no-compose-deps was 2.44.1, at master 3.3.0
