Just dropping this here as a placeholder; this repo's CI runs are taking way too long to complete, or in some cases not finishing at all. We need to get the CI config cleaned up, and look into leveraging many of the other test improvements we've made to other Apollo repos (e.g. apollographql/apollo-client#3817), to speed things up.
