Optimist tests cleanup #2 (#3834)

* makez will insert a single item async * flattens 2nd promise * flatten 3rd promise * 1st pass flatten 'two array insert like mutations' * flattens: two mutations, one fails * FRP all the things, this would be near impossible w/o code collapse... * flattens: can post a new comment * Changelog update
